Job Title: Hardware & Network Engineer

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues (Must)
• Diagnosing and resolving system faults and connectivity problems
• Managing LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network devices
• OS installation, system upgrades, and driver updates
• Providing technical support to internal users
• Monitoring system performance and minimizing downtime
• Maintaining IT inventory and documentation
• Ensuring data security and backup procedures

Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of computer hardware & peripherals
• Basic networking (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation & configuration
• Ability to quickly identify and fix technical issues
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer, or related field
• Hardware/Networking certification (preferred but optional)
