Hardware & Networking Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, routers, switches, and network devices
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Perform system backups, data recovery, and preventive maintenance
• Handle OS installation, system upgrades, and patch management
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and support
• Maintain IT asset inventory and network documentation
• Configure and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and firewall rules
• Ensure data protection, access control, and security compliance
• Identify vulnerabilities and apply security best practices
• Install and configure development environments for developers
• Setup and manage Node.js, NPM, React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Configure Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control access
• Setup local servers, environment variables, and runtime dependencies
• Assist in configuring databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Support deployment environments (basic Docker setup is a plus)

• 3+ years of experience in Hardware, Networking, and IT Support
• Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Switching)
• Experience with Firewall & Security tools (FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux systems
• Understanding of Node.js, React, and development environment setup
• Basic understanding of DevOps or server deployment is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
