Roles and Responsibilities:

● Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware efficiently.
● Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
● Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
● Handle hardware upgrades and installations for desktops and laptops, including RAM, storage, and peripheral devices.
● Have a foundational understanding of laptop repair.
● Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of devices to ensure timely support and cost-effective solutions.
● Utilize Linux and Windows commands to support smooth system operations.
● Stay updated with the latest hardware trends and technologies.
● Be detail-oriented and solution-driven to maintain high system reliability.
● Possess basic knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹108,324.56 - ₹203,319.81 per year
