Job Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates with a BBA in Supply Chain or a related field for the position of Hardware Procurement Executive. The candidate will assist in purchasing IT hardware, communicating with UK-based vendors, and maintaining procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Purchase IT hardware and related items
• Communicate with UK-based vendors for quotations and pricing
• Compare prices and prepare purchase reports
• Follow up on orders and deliveries
• Maintain purchase and inventory records
• Coordinate with the procurement team for daily tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA Supply Chain or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Responsible and professional attitude
