Hardware Sales Executive

Cubix is seeking motivated and target-focused Sales Executive to manage Want-to-Buy (WTB) requests and Requests for Quote (RFQs) through the BrokerBin platform. This role is centered around generating business opportunities, sourcing inventory, strengthening supplier relationships, and successfully closing profitable transactions.


This position follows USA business hours and requires working the night shift. It is best suited for individuals who perform well in a fast-moving, performance-driven sales environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and respond to WTBs and RFQs on BrokerBin and other IT hardware trading platforms
  • Source suitable inventory and align buyer requirements with supplier availability to close profitable deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers within the USA market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer and supplier network
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Stay updated on market pricing, inventory availability, and trends within the IT hardware industry


Requirements


  • 1–2+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, or procurement preferred
  • Experience using BrokerBin or similar B2B IT hardware marketplaces is highly desirable
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a target-based environment
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware products including networking equipment, servers, storage, and end-user devices
  • Ability to work during USA business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
  • Strong multitasking and deal-management abilities with close attention to detail
