Harlem Beauty Studio is a luxury, boutique beauty space located in the heart of Harlem.
We specialize in lashes, brows, PMU, tattoos, and nails, and we’re building a team of talented, motivated artists who want to grow their brand inside a clean, modern, high‑vibe studio.

We offer a hybrid compensation model that gives artists stability and earning potential:

• $700/month station rent
• 70% artist / 30% studio commission split
• Private PMU/Tattoo room available
• High foot traffic + strong social media presence

Who We’re Looking For

We want artists who are:

• Professional, reliable, and passionate
• Licensed in NYS (Esthetics, Cosmetology, Nail Specialty, or Tattoo License)
• Experienced in their craft
• Clean, organized, and DOH‑compliant
• Active on social media (or willing to be)
• Ready to grow their clientele
• Positive, friendly, and team‑oriented

Requirements

• Valid NYS license (Esthetics, Cosmetology, Nail Specialty, or Tattoo License)
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate (PMU/Tattoo only)
• Hepatitis B vaccination or declination form
• Strong sanitation habits
• Portfolio of work
• Weekend availability preferred
