Pay Rate

• ACTIVE HCA or NAC: Starting at $19.75 per hour
• NO HCA OR NAC CERTIFICATION: Starting at $18.25 per hour

Available Shifts- *subject to change, will verify availability of specific shifts during interview process.

• Shift 1: Thursday on-call, Friday-Sunday ( 22.5-30 hours per week) 7am-3pm
• Shift 2: Saturday, Sunday, on-call Monday (15-22.5 hours per week) 7am-3pm
• Shift 3: Thursday-Monday (37.5 hours per week) 3pm-11pm*
• Shift 4: Friday-Monday with Tuesday on-call (32-40 hours per week) 11pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care and supervision
• Assist with ADLs (oral care, grooming, dressing, toileting, showering, eating, etc.)
• Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition
• Light housekeeping, cleaning, restocking supplies and laundry.
• Accurately complete documentation
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements (Applicants must meet all of the following to be considered)

Current CPR / First Aid certification
Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
