Job Responsibilities:
Support HRD in all HR Functions which may include but not limited to:

Assist in Attendance and Leave management

HR Documentation
-
Job postings, screenings, and onboarding
-
Addressing employee concerns/grievances and facilitating conflict resolution

Supporting HRD in implementation of initiatives related to positive workplace culture
-
Assisting HRD in employee engagement activities including team-building/occasional events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
-
Keeping strict follow-up with staff especially with leads regarding HR related matters
-
Making staff familiar with policy compliance
-
Assisting HRD in creating HR Reports/metrices
-
Any tasks assigned by HOD
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Qualifications & Skills:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Human Resources)

Strong Communication skills

Disciplined and committed
-
Willing to learn and work as a team

Flexible to adjust in diverse culture

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
