HCM Workday Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.

* Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

* Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.

* Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.

* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

* Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.

* Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.

* Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities.

* Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience with Workday, including a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
