Head - Accounts and Finance (Mandatory experience in Manufacturing Company)

Mandatory Skills required:

Strong accounting experience in the Finalization of accounts, Exposure to Direct and Indirect Taxation, Budget preparation, Monthly MIS and Quarterly closing.

Responsibilities:

• Banking & Treasury: Manage LCs, BGs, OD/CC limits, and fund utilization.
• Fund Planning: Drive cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and fund allocation.
• MIS & Analytics: Deliver insightful MIS reports and variance analysis to CFO/Management.
• ERP Leadership: Lead ERP migration & implementation; ensure process optimization.
• Compliance & Audit: Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC filings; ensure audit readiness.
• Governance: Coordinate with Company Secretary for board documentation & ROC compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and review a 7–8 member team; ensure timely monthly closure.
• Process Strengthening: Implement SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks.

Qualification:

• CA (Semi-qualified) / MBA (Finance).
• 10–14 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance (manufacturing/OEM mandatory). HVAC exp will be a plus.
• Proven ERP migration/implementation expertise (SAP/Oracle).
• Experienced in working with a turnover range of 300 to 800 Cr.
