Head Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Head Assistant for Social Media & Content Operations to help manage daily content production and workflow for a fast-growing social media brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, is detail-oriented, and can keep multiple projects moving smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work directly with the creator and team to coordinate content, assist with production, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily social media content planning and execution
• Organize and manage content calendars
• Help coordinate filming days, locations, and schedules
• Manage files, footage, and uploads (Google Drive, Frame.io, etc.)
• Assist with posting content across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and basic analytics
• Communicate with editors, brand partners, and collaborators
• Handle administrative tasks related to content production
• Keep projects on schedule and organized

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of major social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic tech tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or assistant roles preferred

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
• Experience with Frame.io or similar platforms
• Understanding of analytics and growth strategies
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
