Head Barista Speciality Coffee

We're building something from the ground up. A specialty coffee concept launching in Ajman, with real plans to grow across the UAE. The bar isn't set up yet. The menu isn't locked. That's the point.

• We need a Head Barista who can lead the bar and fully own it
• Lead daily operations and set the drink standard everyone else follows
• Dial in espresso and batch brew like it actually matters
• Train and develop the team behind you
• Own the beverage menu and help shape what our coffee tastes like
• Bring real coffee knowledge, not just good-looking pours

Specialty coffee experience is non-negotiable. We move fast, we know what we want, and we need someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do. You'll have real influence, real responsibility, and your work will be out in front of guests from day one.
