Head bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Bartender/server to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and beverage quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable moments in a lively environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to showcase their expertise in beverage service, team management, and operational excellence. $ 15 to $ 22 per hour possibilies shifts with tips We are Closed Monday.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all bar activities, ensuring smooth service during shifts and special events such as banquets or catering functions
  • Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and serving staff to uphold service standards and product knowledge
  • Manage POS systems including Toast POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
  • Oversee food safety protocols, proper food handling, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels,
  • Ensure timely execution of customer orders while providing personalized service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Maintain a lively yet professional atmosphere in Lazy gator Bar or casual dining environments by enforcing policies and resolving guest concerns promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles with a focus on beverage operations; fine dining or nightclub experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
