Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic BTL Marketing Head to lead and execute innovative on-ground marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in strengthening our offline presence, driving consumer engagement, and building strong brand recall across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end BTL marketing strategies (events, activations, roadshows, kiosks, mall branding, etc.)

Lead the planning and rollout of on-ground campaigns, in line with overall brand and sales goals

Identify and manage vendor partnerships, negotiate costs, and ensure quality execution

Coordinate with regional teams to maximize local outreach through geo-targeted BTL activities

Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness

Work closely with sales and product teams to align BTL efforts with business objectives

Ensure brand visibility and compliance across all BTL touchpoints

Manage and optimize BTL budgets efficiently
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

6–10 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, preferably in consumer-facing industries (FMCG, Retail, EdTech, etc.)

Strong network and experience in working with event agencies and local vendors

Excellent project management and team leadership skills

Creative thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven approach

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Good to Have:

Experience in startup ecosystems or new market entry strategy

Exposure to Tier 2/3 city BTL activations

Understanding of ATL–BTL integration for multi-channel campaigns
