Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Develop a dual-menu experience — premium, seasonal dishes for adults and interactive, healthy meals for children (e.g., Personalized Name Pizzas, Magic Moment Drinks).
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold excellence, consistency, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with management on supplier selection, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Contribute to special menus and themed family events that align with the brand’s culinary vision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6–8 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role.
  • Experience in modern European, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine preferred.
  • Previous work in family-focused, premium casual, or boutique hospitality environments is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
  • Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
