Head Chef

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Main Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while delivering high-quality dishes consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Create and update menus
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Coordinate with management for menu planning and cost control

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Main Chef/Head Chef in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Can join immediately (mandatory)
• Well-presented and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
