Head Chef / Executive Chef (Multi-Cuisine)

who is capable of preparing a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

South Indian Cuisine (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian)

Chettinad Specialties

Chinese Cuisine

Grilled Items & Tandoori

Continental Cuisine

Requirements:

Proven experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or kitchen

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards

Strong leadership and teamwork skills
