About Us:

HORECA Studio works closely with the hospitality industry, providing commercial kitchen solutions and supporting professional kitchens such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens. We believe in quality, efficiency, and excellence in kitchen operations. As part of our association with hospitality professionals, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our network/team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per standards
• Plan menus and manage daily kitchen operations
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Creativity and passion for cooking
• Team management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens
• Knowledge of Indian / Continental / Multi-cuisine (as applicable)
