Job Description:
Breakfast by Alya is looking for a talented Head Chef with a passion for breakfast cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and create exceptional breakfast experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute breakfast-focused menus
• Manage kitchen operations and staff
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Control food cost, waste, and inventory
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Train and motivate kitchen team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef
• Strong background in breakfast and café cuisine
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Creative and detail-oriented
