Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and quality control.
- Develop a menu experience — premium, seasonal dishes for adults and interactive, healthy meals for children
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold excellence, consistency, and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with management on supplier selection, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and HACCP standards.
- Contribute to special menus and themed family events that align with the brand’s culinary vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role.
- Experience in modern European, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine preferred.
- Previous work in family-focused, premium casual, or boutique hospitality environments is a plus.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.
