Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at HIBIS Hotels & Resorts, Morjim Beach, Goa. The role involves menu planning, kitchen team management, food quality control, cost optimization, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. The Head Chef will curate guest-focused menus for daily service and special events, ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak occupancy and events, and maintain vendor coordination and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen team and daily operations
• Plan menus and special event menus
• Maintain food quality, hygiene & consistency
• Control food costs and reduce wastage
• Train and manage kitchen staff

Location: Morjim, Goa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
