Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring timely and accurate production and dispatch to the outlets.
· Implement and maintain standard recipes, portioning, and baking guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
· Coordinate with outlet managers for smooth distribution and feedback on quality and supply.
Menu & Quality Control
· Collaborate with management to develop new dishes, improve existing recipes.
· Conduct regular quality checks to maintain flavor, freshness, and visual appeal.
· Ensure all food preparation adheres to HACCP and brand quality standards.
Cost & Inventory Management
· Monitor food cost and wastage to achieve budgeted targets.
· Manage procurement, inventory levels, and supplier performance in coordination with the purchasing team.
· Analyze production reports and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Training
· Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold operational excellence and hygiene practices.
· Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, recipe adherence, and production efficiency.
· Foster a positive and disciplined work environment promoting teamwork and accountability.
· Cultivate a culture of discipline, creativity, and accountability.
Compliance & Safety
· Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met and consistently followed.
· Maintain documentation and audits related to food safety compliance.
· Describe and recommend a famous restaurant specialty to the customer.
