We are a vibrant café in Al Ain, dedicated to providing high-quality food and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our menu offerings.

Job Summary:

The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality standards, and ensure a seamless culinary experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be innovative, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute the café menu, including seasonal specials and new offerings.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Manage food inventory, orders, and kitchen supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to UAE regulations.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timely and consistent delivery of dishes.
• Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and cost control.
• Innovate and experiment with recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international and local cuisine is a plus.
• Understanding of inventory, food costing, and kitchen management.
