- Oversee full-cycle production of malban, nougat, and marzipan, ensuring consistency in formulation, texture, and quality standards.
- Establish and enforce precise production specifications including sugar chemistry, cooking parameters, and shelf-life controls.
- Lead and develop production teams, manage shifts, and maintain strong performance, safety, and technical capability on the factory floor.
- Manage production planning, equipment operation, raw material usage, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and halal standards.
- Drive product innovation by developing new confectionery SKUs, seasonal offerings, and improved flavor profiles aligned with market trends.
