Head Chef (Custom Cake Designer)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and cake design with the ability to create beautifully decorated cakes for various occasions such as birthdays weddings and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design bake and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and bakery standards.
• Prepare frostings fondant and decorative elements with precision and creativity.
• Ensure all products are fresh visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and fulfill orders on time.
• Stay updated on current cake design trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator Cake Artist or Pastry Chef.
• Excellent skills in fondant buttercream and other decorating techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders.
