Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all BOH operations across assigned outlets
- Create and implement detailed kitchen SOPs
- Control food cost, wastage, and supplier management
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of kitchen team
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and plating standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
- Collaborate with marketing for seasonal campaigns and menu launches
