Head Chef Italian Cuisine

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all BOH operations across assigned outlets
  • Create and implement detailed kitchen SOPs
  • Control food cost, wastage, and supplier management
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and plating standards
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
  • Collaborate with marketing for seasonal campaigns and menu launches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD600.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
