- Oversee end-to-end production of Arabic/Levantine sweets, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Establish and enforce production standards, conduct quality checks, and resolve any product deviations.
- Lead, train, and manage production teams, ensuring strong performance and a positive work environment.
- Plan production schedules, manage raw materials, and ensure compliance with food safety and halal standards.
- Drive product innovation, seasonal offerings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development.
