Position: Head Chef
Location: Lahore
Cuisine Focus: Pakistani Cuisine (Special Expertise in Karachi Cuisine)

We are hiring a highly experienced Head Chef who is currently practicing in Karachi and has strong command over authentic Karachi-style Pakistani cuisine.

Requirements:

• Must be currently working/practicing in Karachi
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Pakistani cuisine
• Strong expertise in Karachi specialties, including:
• Authentic Karachi Biryani
• Nihari
• Korma
• Karahi
• BBQ & Grill items
• Haleem
• Traditional breakfast (Halwa Puri, etc.)
• Experience in managing high-volume kitchen operations
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene & safety standards
• Good understanding of food costing & inventory control

Responsibilities:

• Lead complete kitchen operations
• Ensure consistent authentic Karachi taste
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards
• Manage food cost and minimize wastage
• Develop and innovate menu items
