Location: Abu Dhabi (New Branch)
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,800 (Based on experience)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead kitchen operations at its new Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing kitchen teams while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily kitchen operations
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Develop, standardize, and maintain menu items, recipes, and food presentation standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control across all dishes
• Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and maintain profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Create staff schedules and allocate duties to maximize kitchen efficiency
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Coordinate with management regarding menu planning, promotions, and operational improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
• Ensure timely food preparation and excellent service standards during operating hours

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Chef in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen operations
• Experience managing kitchen teams and supervising staff performance
• Good understanding of food costing, inventory management, and waste control
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach to kitchen management
• Immediate availability required

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
