Head Chief

Job Title: Head Chef (American Cuisine)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our fast-paced food operations in Ajman. This role is ideal for a strong culinary leader with expertise in American fast food cuisine who can manage multiple kitchens while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations ofkitchens
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and maintain high-quality fast food items, including: Gourmet and classic burgers, Fresh and specialty salads, Hand-tossed and specialty pizzas and others.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and coordinate with suppliers
• Handle high-volume service efficiently during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast food restaurant
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in American cuisine (burgers, salads, pizzas, and related items)
• Proven experience managing multiple kitchen operations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be available to join immediately
• Willing to work in Ajman
