Schedule:
Wednesday through Saturday:
Consistent weekly hours (Wednesday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Thursday & Sundays 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 am to 8:30 pm)

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality Wine Pub Menu, according to established recipes and standards
Lead kitchen operations during shifts
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Assist with inventory management and food ordering
Ensure timely and efficient meal service

Location:
Valenzano Family Winery, US 206, Shamong, NJ

Qualifications:
Previous cooking and kitchen leadership experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Reliable and dependable attendance
