BEGINNING SALARY
Based on classification and pay plan for Classified employees:
Grade 20 $17.71 per hour

Coordinate activities of subordinate(s) that will provide a safe, clean, and positive school site.

QUALIFICATIONS
HEAD CUSTODIAN I

EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification through the BPS ‘Certified-Custodian’ or the BPS ‘Master-Custodian’ training program
within one year of employment.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of maintenance equipment used on job.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:REQUIRED:
• Valid State Driver’s License.

PREFERRED/DESIRED:
• Valid National or State recognized custodial and/or building sanitation trade certification preferred.
