Key Responsibilities

• Leading our Nursing team, and ensuring that we are delivering an outstanding level of patient care
• Performance management, clinical reviews, appraisals, rota's and wider team management
• Supporting with practice compliance & audits, stock management & ordering
• Assisting our dentists during complex procedures, performing chairside duties, and maintaining patient safety

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally looking for a candidate with prior Head Dental Nurse experience, but are also open to experienced Qualified Nurses looking for their next step
• Must be able to confidently manage a team and lead by example clinically in the practice
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
