Head Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Dentist to lead our dental team. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the dental team to maintain high standards of patient care Perform diagnosis, treatment planning, and general dental procedures Oversee complex cases and ensure clinical excellence Maintain compliance with safety, sterilization, and regulatory standards Drive patient satisfaction and team performance

Requirements: BDS / MDS with valid dental registration Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to quality care and ethical practice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
