Head / Director - Human Resources

Role Summary

We are hiring an HR Head with 7–12 years of HR Manager experience (legal/paralegal sectors) and ideally certified with CIPD, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or ISO 9001 auditor credentials.

• HR Compliance & Policy Management G. Administration & Facility Management.
• Compensation, Payroll & HR Analytics

Requirements:-

• 7–12 years of HR experience, ideally in UAE professional services or legal/paralegal sectors. Minimum 3–5 years in HR managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, payroll, and performance systems
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• CIPD, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP o ISO 9001 auditor background is an advantage.
