Head Fashion Designer

We're seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality fashion products that meet our brand's aesthetic and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion trends, textile science, and garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create original and innovative design concepts for fashion products, including sketches, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, styles, and technologies to inform design decisions.

- Experience in export garments/designing.

- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet brand standards, quality, and cost requirements.

- Prototyping: Create prototypes to test and refine design concepts.

- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products that meet brand standards and customer expectations.

- Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, production requirements, and quality standards to cross-functional teams.

## Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar industry or brand.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Knowledge to use AI tools for designing purpose
- Strong understanding of textile science, garment construction, and pattern making

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.

## Preferred Qualifications:

- International experience: Experience working with international brands or designers.
