Head Florist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Florist to lead our floral design team and oversee daily floral operations. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional floral arrangements and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create high-quality floral arrangements for retail, events, and special orders

Manage daily shop operations, including workflow and quality control

Oversee inventory, ordering, and flower care to minimize waste

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized designs

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards

Collaborate with management on seasonal collections and promotions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Florist or Head Florist

Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care techniques

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Leadership and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus
