Head Florist (russian)

Responsibilities:

• Lead floral design and maintain the brand’s signature style
• Create bouquets, arrangements, and seasonal collections
• Manage daily floral operations and quality control
• Train and supervise florists and assistants
• Coordinate flower ordering and stock management

Requirements:

• Russian speaker
• 3+ years of professional floristry experience
• Strong design sense and leadership skills
• Experience with premium / event floristry preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
