Role Overview

🎨 Graphic Design

• Social media creatives & campaign posts
• Meta Ads creatives & promotional visuals
• Website banners & product visuals
• Packaging mockups & marketing collaterals
• Maintain brand aesthetic consistency

🎥 Video Shooting & Editing

• Shoot Instagram Reels & product videos
• Edit high-quality social media & ad videos
• Convert influencer content into ads
• Motion graphics, subtitles, transitions & color grading
• Follow social media trends & beauty content styles

📸 Product Photography

• Product shoots (studio & lifestyle)
• Lighting setup & composition
• Model & influencer shoots
• E-commerce product photography standards
• Photo retouching & editing

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Camera handling experience (DSLR/Mirrorless)
• Understanding of lighting & product photography
• Strong aesthetic sense for beauty brands
• Ability to independently execute shoots
• Fast turnaround & ownership mindset
