Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety protocols
• Support the training and mentoring of housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, floor care, and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and service areas with attention to detail and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests or address maintenance issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment
• Implement industrial cleaning techniques when necessary to maintain high hygiene standards in all areas
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a strong background in janitorial services and industrial cleaning techniques
• Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping is highly desirable
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence
• Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment and safety procedures related to custodial work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
