Head Housekeeper/Supervisor

Head Housekeeper to maximize room readiness and availability; We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:Inspect rooms, ensure common areas are clean. Ensure tasks are completed by Housekeeping department. Ensure standards of the hotel are met as well as guest satisfaction of cleanliness of the hotel. Basic reading and writing skills; Basic communication skills; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to work safely; also will do inventory and make orders by weekly. Make sure all required training of housekeeper is done on time.

Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire.
Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. Will be required to clean rooms, stayovers depending on inventory.
Applicant must have a flexible schedule Ability to work mornings, Weekends and Holidays. Holiday Inn Express or other IHG Properties Housekeeping experience is a must.

IHG 5ways of clean Certified in the past.
