Responsibilities ·
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications ·
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR departmental experience with at least 3 years as head of department. (manufacturing/retail industry is preferred).
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
