Responsibilities ·

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace environment

Qualifications ·

  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR departmental experience with at least 3 years as head of department. (manufacturing/retail industry is preferred).
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management

Skills ·

  • HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Microsoft Office Suite. · Recruitment, selection and Employee relations.
  • Performance management.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Compliance with labor laws and Hands-on experience in EPF/ESI matters.
  • Conflict resolution, Training and development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
