We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Head Hunting Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging top-tier talent for mid to senior-level and niche technical roles. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys research, networking, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential candidates for mid to senior-level or specialized IT roles.
Perform detailed market mapping and industry research to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Use LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals for direct sourcing (beyond job portals).
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skill sets, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Track recruitment progress and share weekly head-hunting reports with the HR Manager.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.t
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or head hunting (preferably in IT or tech hiring).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting tools.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
