Head – HVAC Department (Pharma Industry)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all HVAC systems in the pharmaceutical facility, ensuring GMP standards and environmental controls are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC systems (AHUs, Chillers, Compressors, Ducting, BMS).
• Ensure cleanroom temperature, humidity, and pressure are within limits.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Support qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and audit compliance.
• Lead the HVAC team and coordinate with QA, Production, and Engineering.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharma HVAC systems & cleanroom standards.
• GMP compliance and validation expertise.
• Leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

6–9 years (Pharma industry experience mandatory)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹63,401.61 per month
