Head HVAC Installer

Make your mark as a full-time Head HVAC Installer with Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA! We're hiring an experienced leader and installation expert to guide assistants and helpers in accurately installing and setting up residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Job Snapshot:

• Experience-Based Pay: $28.00 - $38.00/hour
• Consistent Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What We're Looking For:

• EPA certification
• Experience leading an installation team
• Solid communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team spirit and a collaborative attitude

Hands-on experience installing residential heating and air conditioning equipment would be ideal but isn't required for the right person. Boiler experience would also be preferred.

The Work You'll Do:

Our Head HVAC Installer leads helpers and assistants in performing accurate residential installations while following all regulations and meeting all timelines. You'll be in charge from start to finish, guiding installers in accurately wiring, setting up, and testing heating and air conditioning systems. You'll conduct quality checks, explain the installation job to customers, and help junior installers learn the ropes of the trade.
