Job Description – Head, Learning Solutions
Position Overview
The Head of Learning Solutions will lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated academic content that blends values education, competency-based learning, and NEP 2020 compliance across Samsidh and Azvasa schools. The role demands a visionary academic leader who combines deep pedagogical understanding with hands-on experience in content development, teacher training, and educational technology integration through the LMS to ensure effective classroom delivery and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design and Content Integration
- Lead the design and enhancement of textbooks, lesson plans, and digital content integrating with 21st-century competencies (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity).
- Ensure alignment with NEP 2020, NCF 2022, and CBSE learning outcomes.
- Develop frameworks for values-based learning outcomes embedded in each subject area.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure academic rigor and contextual relevance.
2. Digital and LMS Integration
- Oversee the implementation of learning content through the Azvasa LMS, ensuring seamless digital delivery and teacher engagement.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance user experience, analytics dashboards, and data-driven interventions.
- Monitor learning data and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in content and pedagogy.
- Champion the use of AI-based learning tools and digital assessments to personalize learning pathways.
3. Teacher Enablement and Implementation
- Design and conduct Teacher UpSkill programs for lesson delivery, assessment design, and integration of values in everyday teaching.
- Build implementation manuals and handbooks for effective classroom practices.
- Ensure that teachers receive adequate support, coaching, and certification in using the LMS and instructional tools.
- Collaborate with Academic Managers and Cluster Heads to ensure consistent delivery standards across schools.
4. Research, Innovation, and NEP Compliance
- Lead research initiatives on competency-based assessment, experiential learning, and socio-emotional development.
- Ensure compliance with NEP 2020 recommendations—including flexible curriculum structures, foundational literacy and numeracy, and holistic development.
- Innovate in areas of AI integration, reading programs, project-based learning, and reflective teaching practices.
5. Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of content developers, instructional designers, and academic coordinators.
- Liaise with strategic partners to co-create enriched academic solutions.
- Provide leadership in developing long-term academic strategies aligned with the organization’s mission to make children future-ready with EI and AI.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Education / English / Science / Social Sciences / Educational Technology.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in K–12 education, with at least:
- 5 years as a teacher,
- 3–5 years as a content developer or curriculum designer, and
- 3–5 years in a leadership role integrating technology in learning.
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020, NCF 2022, and CBSE frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, data analytics, and teacher professional development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
