Head Maintenance

We are seeking a highly experienced Head – Maintenance to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Utility maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring high equipment uptime, preventive maintenance excellence, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant maintenance including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Utilities
• Design and implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimal breakdowns
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource planning
• Handle AMC contracts, spares planning, and vendor management
• Plan and execute plant shutdowns and major overhauls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance teams
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and plant expansions
• Maintain maintenance KPIs, reports, and ISO documentation
• Coordinate closely with production to meet operational targets

Qualifications

• BE / BTech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Prior experience in dairy / food processing industry preferred
