Head Maintenance Electrical

1. Initiate appropriate actions to reduce electrical related frequent breakdowns, monitor and adhere to preventive maintenance schedule as per AMC (Annual Maintenance Calendar) of equipment's including maintaining history cards, provide inputs to improve the equipment design, critical spares and maintaining consumable Items in order to ensure flawless execution of the production .

2. Monitor and manage the cost of electrical maintenance through efficient focus on Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Usage of Consumables, Spares and Cost of Critical Spares and Reduction in Breakdown Maintenance .

3. Maintain safe work environment through a focus on 5S and proper safety controls on equipment like safety interlocks by coordination with safety and improve ergonomics of the people working in the shop floor.

4.Participate in Kaizen, SGA & CFT to contribute improvements pertaining to Electrical Maintenance starting from Installation of Key Equipment and Maintain Zero Non-Conformance in IATF Audit Process, in order to meet Organizational Goal of Continuous Improvement.

5. Deploy Skilled Technicians to attend electrical related breakdowns on time to carry-out repair works with expected quality and certify that the equipment is functioning as per expected norms and also organize regular technical training for all Technicians to enhance their skill and thereby ensuring MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
