We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Placement Head to lead our corporate relations, placement operations, and career development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top recruiters and corporate partners.
• Develop and execute placement strategies to maximize student employment.
• Organize campus drives, hiring challenges, and career fairs.
• Mentor students on resume building, interviews, and employability skills.
• Lead the placement team and collaborate with training departments.
• Track industry trends and hiring needs to align programs with market demand.
• Enhance brand visibility through partnerships and industry collaborations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition, preferably in the EdTech or academic sector.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding placement targets.
• Ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end placement operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
