Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our real estate sales operations and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and managing end-to-end sales and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, portals)
- Oversee branding, promotions, site events, and lead-generation activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies
- Track leads, conversions, ROI, and prepare MIS reports for management
- Work closely with senior management on business expansion and positioning
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing (performance marketing, lead generation, analytics)
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- 8–15 years of relevant experience (real estate background preferred)
- Experience in handling residential/commercial projects will be an advantage

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
